Thanks for choosing to shop with us online at https://www.saving-gracie.org. Your purchase helps pets receive life-saving care so they are able to live long and healthy lives with the families who love them.
The proceeds of your purchase directly benefit the Saving Gracie Angel Fund for Pets, a 501c3 organization. Additionally, your purchase may qualify as a donation (please check with your tax professional for accurate and up-to-date information). EIN# 47-4565716.
If you receive an item damaged in the shipping process, we’re here to help you exchange it. We hope this never happens and if it does we will do our best to contact you or swiftly turn around your order. Since our organization is run strictly by volunteers, we ask that you are patient with us if an unfortunate event like this happens.
Refunds
Items Purchased in the Store: As a nonprofit 501c3 organization, we do not offer refunds, however, we will happily exchange items that were damaged upon your receipt. (see Return and Exchange Policies below).
Event Tickets & Sponsorships: As a nonprofit 501c3 organization, we do not offer refunds on event tickets or sponsorships for events. If an event is postponed, your tickets and sponsorships will be transferred to the new date. If an event is cancelled, you may be entitled to a refund and will be contacted for options. Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to contact us from the date you received the item, to contact us via email at [email protected] to receive instructions on how to return the damaged item for an exchange.
Custom &/or artisan items that are one-of-a-kind are unique per order and are not eligible for a return or an exchange. All sales are final on these items.
Custom items that are misspelled or contain grammatical errors made by the purchaser when placing the order, are not considered damaged and are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with the proof of purchase or a receipt in order to properly identify your information.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you within 5 business days of our receipt regarding the status of your return/exchange after inspecting the item.
If your exchange is approved, we will promptly ship your replacement item to you at the same address as your receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
